Charity Dance Project 2026 Submissions

2026 show date: May 3rd

Please complete the form below. If you need to change information at a later date please email changes to charitydanceproject@gmail.com. All music must be sent via mp4 or mp3 clearly labeled with the name of your piece by the music due date or your piece will be removed from our line-up. Submissions and music not received by dates posted will be ineligible for participation. Submissions should be at a professional level or from a professional establishment. You may be asked to provide a video submission for your piece if we are unfamiliar with your work/establishment.

The 2026 show will fundraise for the Snohomish County Food Coalition. More information can be found regarding Teen Network at: https://www.snohomishcountyfoodbankcoalition.org/

By submitting your online application you acknowledge the due dates below:

2026 submission deadline is March 1st or when or when the show lineup is full, whichever comes first. Studios have a suggested limit of 3-5 pieces.

2026 Music due by April 1st. Any late music may result in your number being pulled from the show. Music must be emailed in prepared length to charitydanceproject@gmail.com in a mp3 format.
