MPAC Policies
Registration: An annual non-refundable fee of $20.00 is charged for the first dancer and $10.00 for each additional dancer per house hold. This fee is waived for summer registration. Registration reserves a place in the class for your dancer.
Tuition: Tuition is divided into 10 equal payments Sept. - June. Tuition is the same regardless of attendance, school closures, holidays, vacations, etc. Tuition is due the 1st of every month. Tuition may be paid by Cash / Personal Check / Debit or Credit. Summer tuition is per class and due no later than the start of class.
NSF charge: A NSF fee of $20.00 will be added to your account for any returned checks.
Late charge: A late charge of $10.00 will be applied to your account if tuition is NOT received by the 10th of the month (including holidays and weekends).
Collections: Accounts past due 90 days or more will be sent to collections.
*Add / Drop / Transfers: Once a dancer is enrolled at MPAC the account will be charged the 1st of every month until an Add / Drop / Transfer form is completed, signed and turned into the office.
Attendance: Regular attendance is important. Regular attendance ensures progress for all dancers and the completion of choreography in a timely manner. A dancer missing too many classes may be moved to another class or forfeit dancing in some of the recital routine. If your child will be absent, please contact the studio. Missed classes must be made up within 30 days.
Arrival and Dismissal: Dancers should arrive in dance attire 10 min. prior to the class start time. Classes may be dismissed 5 min. earlier than the scheduled end time.

Placement/Class size: MPAC reserves the right to cancel, combine or divide classes to insure proper class size. Class placement is determined by the instructors and based on dancer’s ability.
Lost and Found: MPAC is not responsible for lost and stolen items or for personal property left in dressing rooms and waiting areas.
Private Lessons: Private lessons are available and must be scheduled with the instructor. Payment is due at time of the lesson. Private lessons need to be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance or you will still be responsible for full payment of the private lesson.
Bad Weather: Call the studio for updates. A message will be updated by 3:00PM.
Dress Code: Attire must be appropriate for each form of dance and hair must be off the neck and away from the face for all dance classes. Hair must be in a bun or a snood for any upper ballet class.
